there are various ways. here's mine:

1. take however many screenshots you want and paste them into photoshop

2. save them all in a new folder with nothing else in it

3. open that folder and resize it to your liking

4. take a screenshot of just that window ( alt + print scrn )

5. paste it into photoshop

6. put guidelines in between the thumbnails in the screenshot

7. make sure it is set to snap to guideline

8. get the crop tool

9. crop each section that will like

10. code

the coding is pretty long but here goes

[URL=<THE URL OF THE IMAGE FILE OF THE LARGE SCREEN>][IMG=<THE URL OF THE IMAGE FILE OF THE THUMBNAIL/WINDOW SCREEN>][URL=<THE URL OF THE IMAGE FILE OF THE LARGE SCREEN>][IMG=<THE URL OF THE IMAGE FILE OF THE THUMBNAIL/WINDOW SCREEN>][URL=<THE URL OF THE IMAGE FILE OF THE LARGE SCREEN>][IMG=<THE URL OF THE IMAGE FILE OF THE THUMBNAIL/WINDOW SCREEN>]

it is kinda hard at first, but it gets easy
