Just formatted, and I guess this time I'm not going to load so many customizing programs, I'll keep performance instead. Maybe I'll use a dock, but nothing else.

By the way, where can I get good small icons for my software?

It's not a dock skin, it's just something i added to the wallpaper and placed the desktop icons on top to give the dock effect (cos i don't like proper docks functionality, just the look of them) :D
