moeburn
I was just wondering, myself, what the differences really were. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185246-fabric-softner/ Share on other sites
BugMeNot
this is such an important question to know. i wonder if the next poll will be "How Many Licks Does it Take to Get to the Center of a Totsie pop?" WinterHaze
I thought the sheets for the dryer are to get rid of static cling only and not to soften? Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185246-fabric-softner/#findComment-2402745 Share on other sites
OPaul
What a completely useless poll. Why does it matter what we use? Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185246-fabric-softner/#findComment-2402954 Share on other sites
Bearded Kirklander
I thought the sheets for the dryer are to get rid of static cling only and not to soften? Bearded Kirklander
What a completely useless poll. Why does it matter what we use? You could have chosen to ignore it. Anyway, why does it matter? Because you can get different results depending on what you use. For instance, if I use Ultra Downy Free & Sensitive in the washer, it does wonders for helping to "revitalize" old towels and socks, making them feel lighter, softer and fluffier. Bounce just doesn't do that. However, if you use the liquid in the wash with dense fabrics, like sheets for example, it can sometimes end up coating the sheets and preventing them from breathing well. But Bounce does not have that problem. :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185246-fabric-softner/#findComment-2404079 Share on other sites
WinterHaze
I've never known of a male to know so much about laundry. I wish the bf was like that. I won't trust him to touch mine or anyone else for that matter. Galley
A great use for used dryer sheets is to keep static electricity from building up on your TV set and monitor. Just wipe the screen with them! Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185246-fabric-softner/#findComment-2405492 Share on other sites
