Why does this error occur?

That is the error he is facing.

Maybe try searching the Microsoft Knowledgebase for the error you specified. :)

That's the address of the error... which is outside of the MS DLL space. Implies something is hooking the wonderous IE. I would use the relevant tools (SpyBot et. all) to check for spyware.

I'm seriously starting to hate errors related to IE. It's better to use Mozilla then. This must be one of those DSO exploits i guess
