Kol: found an other thingy with the scrollbars.. check it out..

http://www.arcatronic.com/gfx/outlook.jpg

It is anoying bug related to the application. I fixed it by myself with a tiny change in apperance.

KOL was making the style apperance as close as possible to the OS X's one. I think, if some applications have problems with scrolls, it becames annoying and looks like a bug in the style.

IMHO, I would sacrifice the apperance for the slick look of the style.

Read ChaosBlade post. :) ... and that way I will not have a lot of message asking abut the bug in the clock. I think I'll include another two msstyle without the search thing. I didnt want to add more msstyle but I think some people will like that. For the name names of the font you need to edit the msstyle with Reshack, String Table 188 and 251

I did edit msstyle with Reshack as you said, but it changes only the names. I can't make the style to switch to the other fonts.

If I import style into StyleBuilder and just compile it I loose the option to select the other fonts. After that the style uses Lucida Grande font only and in StyleBuilder project there are references to Lucida Grande font only. As I understand I have to do something with ResHack to make it switchable between different fonts instead switching between font sizes (Normal, Large...). Could you tell more how exactly to do it?

Thank you.

Not to burst your bubble... I'm running the 10.4 pre-release, and the finder bar isn't glossy like that, only the icon for spotlight... Nice theme though KoL, you're an awesome artist and I appreciate your work. This is a nice theme, very slick.

    • I cannot believe this is a news post from Neowin. This should be embarassing, coming from a "senior editor". Is it your first day using Windows?! Maybe it's time to find a new Windows news site.
    • It's from having Core Isolation enabled in Windows security settings, which is a good thing!  It's letting you know it's not loading the Bonjour module as it's not signed in a way it would prefer. Bonjour was most likely installed along with iTunes. Feel free to disable that message using the checkbox.
    • I'm looking forward to starting over online. I have no reason to keep all the money, cars, rank after 13 years. Now if I can just move my character itself and nothing else. I would be fine with that. But I doubt they would do a setup that way.
