Temporary IE Files

I have it set so my temporary IE files are deleted when my brower is close yet when I go into c:documents and settingslocal settingsUSERtemporary internet, there's a crap load of files. I clear them out either that way or when my brower is open by toolinternet optionsdelete files.

If I have it so they are to be deleted when my brower is closed, why do I manually have to delete them? Is there another option that I missed or don't know about?

I have 3 users and it's the same for all 3. I'm running WinXP Pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

do you want to delete cache to save space? you could just set cache size to 0...

or you could install ramdrive and put cache there and on each reboot it'll be whiped clean..

Try moving the folder somewhere else and back. ;)

I get the same thing. IE randomly forgets to empty those temp internet files. Haven't found a solution to it either.
