you know why its not accurate because nothing in you connection speed is accurate. different servers different speed. depends on the load of your ISP at the moment. you might be at peak time where everyone in your area is on the internet.. the most accurate results would be at around 3 in the morning on a site that is very near your house...

This goes through a Netgear MR814v2 router to an old Netgear 10Mpbs hub, a 10/100 Linksys hub, a newer 10/100 Gigafast switch, into a Linksys WET11 to a Linksys WET11 sitting on my comp case, into my nVidia integrated NIC. Its hard getting broadband internet access when you're phone lines can't even handle 28.8kbps and you don't have cable along the road in front of your house...
