woup his a$$!!!

I need some people to give me some good maps and would be helpful if you could give me a link to the maps. BTW, the server is up and there are ample admins. Thanks!!!

One more thing is if you have any spare money in your paypal account, I paid for this server with my hard-earned money. If you could give 5 dollars, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Preston

preston, im in the server playing with admin commands, go on msn!

Step 3. And in your adminpass.cfg file on your CLIENT machine, make sure you have this line:

      setinfo "_pw-home" "password"

Note that "_pw-home" in the above line must match the value assigned to the password_field cvar in your adminmod.cfg file from step 1 above.

Step 4. Create a shortcut on your desktop to the game you will be playing, or copy an existing shortcut. Edit the shortcut, and in the "Target" field, add the this text:

+exec adminpass.cfg

For example, if your Counter-Strike shortcut looked like this:

C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe -console -game cstrike

you would change it to say:

C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe -console -game cstrike +exec adminpass.cfg

(to set up your shortcut to allow you to automatically connect to your server, add: +connect 0.0.0.0 - and put your server's IP address in place of the zeros)

Remember: Never use the shortcut for admin privileges to connect to a server other than the one you are an admin on, or you will risk exposing your password to the outside world.

If you need to load your password configuration file again while in the game, you can type:

exec adminpass.cfg

in the console. This loads the information in the file in the same way the startup shortcut does.

Just put in the password i gave you instead of password by the setinfo command. The +exec adminpass.cfg on the shortcut makes it run everytime!

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
    • CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
