Your Mac Hardware Setup

Hehehe, nice setup...

But like mine the cord kills it :( I wish they wouldn't of cut the numpad off the wireless version. I've already sent complaints to their feedback thing but that doesn't do crap.

Thanks :)

Unless I can get a:

? Wireless Universal Dock for my iPod;

? Wireless Sound Stick II set;

? Wireless WD My Book Pro HD;

? Wireless phone dock;

? Wireless desk lamps;

The one extra cord of my Apple Keyboard really isn't killing :pything. :p

It does kill it for me.

I don't have any cords showing on my desk.

Can't be too bothered with the few parts of cords that are still visible. Plus I can't stand replacing batteries. I never have full ones when needed. :p

I think you have the same My Book Pro Edition as I. Good choice. ;)

Yes, I have the My Book Premium Edition.

Pro Edition has the extra FW 800. The Premium Edition only has FW 400.

Ah right. On the picture it looks silverish instead of black.

I decided to spend the extra ?20,- and get the Pro Edition instead of the Premium Edition as the iMac supports FireWire 800. Seemed like a good deal:):)

Well this is where i use my laptop and play games (360 away for repair).

Here where i use my laptop

how is that netgear wireless N router? (also which model is it)

It's the DG834N and yes, very good, awesome speeds and reliable. Network consisting of 2 macs and 1 PC. It's passed the new 2.0 draft i think, so that's good.

Jordan: Haven't had time to do much with it, been busy all day. My MBP is still going to be main computer, the iMac is more of a computer i can teach my mum so she doesn't have to rely on the PC we have which is very unreliable. Also to keep intouch with me when i go to China for 6 months (iChat) and when i head off to uni.

How are the Dell monitors? Any good?

Very good, i have 2 2407WFPs, both flawless. Great value for money but after getting my iMac, i wish my Dells screen looked as good :(

And thats .kvn & .Neo :)

Your 24" must look incredible .Neo.

    • Same, price was right for my Home, laptop, phone. Works great!
    • Brave and Firefox. I’ve been using them as my primary browsers for a while now, perfect combo
    • They want Ring 0 access. Should be a hard no. A middle ground needs to be found.
