glad i got a blackbook. chainsmoker here. ;)

Well see I do have a blackbook for when I'm out and about, but there's nothing I love more than having a nice stationary desktop when I'm at home.

The new Al iMac would be great (except the glass display which is the only thing I'm weary of) but I'm not quite ready to justify another purchase, since this one is still working great.

The glass is a [explicative] to clean. Windex doesn't cut it. I have to scrub the thing!

yeah, i love stationary desktops aswell but im like on the run most of the time and i wouldnt use the imac anyways, which would be my desktop of choice... maybe one day i look at ebay for a white one with isight, i love the looks but a new one wouldnt justify the cost... just wouldnt use it. ;)

Maybe I like my yellow Mac, I could always go for a Mac Pro next. :D

Since you have a blackbook I was wondering... has your trackpad worn down easily? Mine is so worn sometimes I can't even slide my finger across it without significant effort. My old Al PowerBook G4 and iBook G3 never got that bad and I had those for a very long time.

EDIT; Maybe you'll look for a yellow one with iSight? :p

well its pretty much all shiny by now. got it since dec. 2006, so i guess thats okay... but it still recognizes everything, i suppose.

infact its pretty smooth.

that depends on the price, at the moment. ;)

if you are asking about mine it is the belkin tunesync. usually its white, but i took it apart and painted it silver and black to match my imac. it's great becuase i was out of usb in a flash!
