liar2
I'm pretty new to the whole webserver type thing, but I'd like to be able to set up a simple web server and test scripts and whatnot. I just want something simple without really going and getting any other software. So, my main concern is where I can find a guide to properly set up IIS and have it accessible to the public. EDIT: or are there any alternatives out there that are easier to configure and are less likely to be exploited. liar2
Alright everyone. I managed to get Abyss web server set up. However, I can't get it to show outside of my network. I am behind a router and port 80 is forwarded. I still have no luck. I have also tried port 8080 and still have had no luck. Is there anything that I should try?
