Looks great. I'm using it now :) Just a couple of questions. Am I right to be using Style XP to use this theme and how do I get my start menu looking like the one shown in the screenshot as on my start menu, I have text next to the icons on the right side of the start menu.

Thanks.

StyleXP should work fine. The version without the text next to the icons is what we call "compact". In StyleXP you should notice there is an Alpha and Alpha Compact etc. The compact has no text.

While we wait for someone else to take up the Trillian port I made a quick bitmap to replace an existing skin to make the outer appearance of Trillian and the message windows "Codename Opus"ish (Dusk colors). This will only work on stixe skins using "Minimal". I'm using the Opus OS skin that Armlann on DA made.

I also requested a port on the Trillian forums here and by mistake here too.

Apparently the attachment didn't work, so here it is.

I must say that this visual style is just amazing. I got it installed on my desktop immediately. :woot:

Anyway, I've never done any trillian skinning, so I don't know very much about it, but I did modify the default blue skin a little bit in Photoshop just to make it fit better together with the Deviantart scheme of Codename: Opus. Very quick and dirty modification with lot's of things to wish for to make it complete. But it was way more fitting than the original blue trillian though.

If someone else would be interested in this, I guess I could spend some time learning the trillian skinning system and make it better and more complete, but I've quite a lot of work the coming two weeks so I won't have the possibility to make as regular updates as the amazing bose.

Hi B0se

excellent VS, I really love it

Just a question, a black version are in your plans??

i hope you could do a black version ;)

Read back a few pages.

He said its too much work for him and he doesn't have the time. But he'll let other people submit black mods to him.

He miight have changed his mind now abut doing it himself. Who knows.

Just a tip, if you guys used Miranda you wouldnt have to use and make and beg for skins, since it uses windows native skinning.

But if we used Miranda, we wouldn't be using Trillian

I've tried Miranda, Gaim, Messenger-2, trillian, etc.

I liked trillian the best, which is why I bought Pro 2, because it's the best imo.

    • Let's goooooooo! I've been loving the entries so far! I still have to finish Rebirth (things have been busy!)! Excited for this next installment.
    • "Revelation?" I was hoping for this episode to be called "Reunion". Oh, well... In a related note, the Final Fantasy VII compilation has received an EC entry, short for Ever Crisis. For those who don't know, it already had AC, BC, CC, and DC entries, short for Advent Children, Before Crisis, Crisis Core, and Dirge of Cerberus. I hope it doesn't get an FC entry becaude that would be a freakin' crisis.
    • Uh, after intense testing now, 'Samsung Browser' is not the best one outside of 'Microsoft Edge' after all. Opera Air is that. It has "some" bloat, but it's far less than what both Microsoft Edge and Brave browser have.

So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets. The Epic concluded its mystery giveaways this week with another double freebie promotion. As a part of this, you can now grab Rogue Waters and Songs of Conquest to keep. On the same day, Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks will join in as the next freebie. Another Humble Choice offer was revealed earlier this week, bringing a refreshed eight-game selection to jump into. The June selection is Octopath Traveler 2, The Riftbreaker, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, INDIKA, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, Construction Simulator, Hell Clock, and Overlooting to keep as Steam keys. The $15 bundle gives you all eight games from this month's Choice selection. The month-long promotion will come to an end on July 6, giving you ample time to decide on whether you want the titles. The Humble Store also brought in standard gaming collections this week. The IGN Live Bundle kicked things off with games like Control, Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, Blair Witch, Rollerdrome, and The Last Campfire for $10. At the same time, the We Will Always be Here bundle carried in titles like Bad End Theater, Thirsty Suitors, Vampire Therapist, and Tavern Talk for $12.
