Loving Dusk. Awesome stuff bOse. Opus OS was the first VS I ever used instead of Classic, but now I'm using this one.

One thing I don't get, though, is the empty space either side of all my icons in the systray. The space on the left even looks a tad larger than the space on the right. Feels a bit weird.

Pic attached (that's Serious Samurize stuff just to the left off my systray)...

although this skin is great, i went back to using opus os. the opus os titlebar and window border is too sexy. my only beef with codename opus is the titlebar--the icons are too big for the design on the titlebar and i dont like the grey window border. however, the start panel is the best that i've ever seen.

This is what the shellstyle should look like, ls_dragons is far from how it should!

I don't like the normal style shells, this type blends in more and is less obtrusive but with the same functionality.

I'm fixing the taskbar spaces.

Crussader: Thanks, but you have to understand its hard to answer every single post in a 600+ long thread :?)

The problem with Windowblinds and Styleshells is that WB cannot yet use tga/png's, you have to use 'magic' pink, and then you can use any transparency for the small icons (eg My Music icon). On top of that, you can't get rid of the border around the expanded lists, that a problem when you have a gradient background

You can make it look identical apart from the spacing (this is more condensed) and the border, but not being able to hide the border really does ruin the effect, the spacing is not so bad.

The only solution (other than not using WB) is to remove the background gradient and it (IMO) all looks good (I'd suggest matching the colour to the toolbars)

I tried that Woodbridge, but it didn't really fit since you can't add an edge border (down the right side of the pane).

again is it possible to change the programs menu and make it smaller like in the opusOS theme? it takes up too much space thanks.

Nope, I like it how it is, its staying :?)

ls_dragons: You using WB port? It won't be able to import that type of shellstyle...

lol :?)

People tend to choose the DA variation before Green. I'll figure something out, I may release another whole style Codename : Opus Part2, which is the same, but with more colours (purple, grey, black, teal etc)...

Blue is safe, don't panic(Y))

How about a red? :cool::

On Normal fonts, Tahoma 8 I believe. With a double high taskbar it shows the date as well on the clock, kinda makes a tight fit. Any way to get rid of the date and keep the font.. Tried Arial and it drove me to the brink of insanity with the messed up W's.

Thats already been mentioned, and taken on board (the full clock), changing it for next build...

    • No updated SSD capacity, no updated specs (not surprised tbf), just nostalgia baiting! Bring back the boot sequence and the UI as an easter egg!
    • Why? It will just cost so much more and make you PC poor and they become PC rich off your calamities! “Just because you can” isn’t a flex either!.
    • Microsoft confirms a new, useful Teams' app is coming very soon by Sayan Sen In the modern digital workspace meeting recordings and summaries are very commonplace, still finding the right recap later can be surprisingly difficult. To address that inconvenience Microsoft is working on a new dedicated meeting recap application designed to bring all meeting recaps into a single, centralized location. In a recent announcement on its Microsoft 365 roadmap website, the company has confirmed the new applet and has explained how the new experience will work and why it believes it can help users stay on top of discussions without having to search through multiple chats, calendars, or files. For those unfamiliar, meeting recaps provide a summary of key discussions, decisions, action items, and other relevant information generated after a meeting ends. They are intended to help participants revisit important points while also allowing those who missed the meeting to quickly catch up on what happened. Traditionally locating older recaps could require users to navigate through various conversations or meeting histories. The new meeting recap app aims to simplify that process by gathering all available recaps into one dedicated hub. According to Microsoft, this should make it easier to browse past meetings, review outcomes, and stay informed about ongoing projects and discussions. One notable feature of the applet is the addition of quick filters which are meant to allow users to instantly narrow down the list of available recaps and surface specific meetings without manually searching through extensive records. Audio recap is also there. If you're wondering how long these recaps will last before self-expiring, the app will provide access to meeting recaps from the past 30 days or approximately one month. You can view the feature entry here on the official Microsoft 365 (M365) website under roadmap ID 564614. Its rollout is set to begin this month (June 2026). Do keep in mind though that new feature rollouts often get delayed.
    • Does it have couch co-op is the question I have here.
