Multi Ascii Art is a program that can do that, but it's in Spanish. :pinch:

With ASCII Pic you can convert Bitmaps and JPEGs into ASCII text files. :D

With BG_ASCII you can create ASCII photo's & text from up to 27 file formats include jpg, gif, bmp, ico, tif, pcx, pcd. :D
