Quick tutorial on creating actions in Photoshop CS (based around one I wrote in another thread):

1. Open a picture

2. Go to Window >> Actions

3. Click the 'Create new action' button (second from last at the bottom of the Action panel)

4. Name it what you like and choose a function key

5. Click record (second on the bottom of the Action panel)

6. Whatever you do now will be 'recorded' and 'played back' when you run the action e.g. Create a watermark as you would normally, maybe even transform the layer to 80%x80% so that it fits whatever image you use.

6. Click the stop button (first button on the actions panel)

7. Now whenever you press your assigned function key or run the action, whatever you recorded... will run...

Maybe that was a bit wordy but you get the picture :D
