maybe you thought rap are the useless crap on MTV nowadays. rap did have a humble beginning with messages and meanings. mainly good rap songs left are the 90's and underground, without all the defile scene of bling-bling. anyways my fav song is "life goes on" by 2pac

Can't say I really have a favorite song, but the Wu-Tang Clan, Gang Starr and especially Mos Def are by far my favorites.

Check out the albums " Black On Both Sides" and " The New Danger" by Mos Def.... two of the best hiphop albums in my opinion.

OnT: One of my suite-mates back in college played the aforementioned BT&H - Crossroads nonstop when it was released. That's probably my fav seeing as how I can recall the lyrics.

Cali love is getting played quite often on TheBox (houston radio station) late at night. It's a close second.

anyways im stuck right now on Nas' Streets Disciple album. Ive just started to listen to it but im thinking this could be the classic Stillmatic Part 2 we all been waiting for. Very classic Nas style. This is another artist who deserves to get paid for his music.
