Got mine using Excite (although I have to deal with the IE Privacy settings in Spybot - we all have our issues :unsure: ).

Hotmail probably saw it as a mass-mailing and moved it to trash.

I just found a little error in 4.6.

I always 'save as default' and burn to CD.

So I selected what I needed from the list and click 'save as default', chose 'yes' and I got this error...

I just tested it about 4 times since you IM'ed me (twice on my PC, once on VMWare, and once on Maple's PC)... no error. What did you do specifically? Is the AP currently in a "Read Only" environment (like a CD or something)? That may do it. :yes:
