BTW : where is the icon text?

Have you any processes that would be lagging down the system? Auto Virus scanner?

Have you a really shoddy graphics card in that box? Dodgy graphics drivers?

Even on my win2k (work) box here it's impossible to cause IconicDragLag

I'll try it later on my movie box. WinXP PIII 450mhz (if I remember to do so)

I was replying to insanekiwi, and it froze so I grabbed the text quickly. How interesting.
