What You Need To Get NeoMessenger Working

Hi everyone,

Many people were having problems with getting

NeoMessenger to work because there was a missing file.

Since there was a missing file and no place to go directly to fix this I

decided to make a little "fix" fo this bug.

**The file contains a readme with instructions and the missing file**

what is this? is it the same as the neowin-flavored msn messenger?

before someone gets snotty and says to search for it, i did a search and "neomessenger" shows up somewhere in 30 pages of the neowin messenger thread, 60 pages of the aerobrowser thread, and this thread.
