playing ps2, gamecube from my computer?

Recommended Posts

is there a way i can connect my gamecube and PS2 to my computer so i can play them on my monitor... i heard the games graphics are alot better and smoother plus i dont like tv's :p

on the front of my PS2 there is 2 USB ports and a small firewire port...would they have anything to do with it? i dont really see anything on the gamecube to connect it, maybe there is a scart lead adaptor or something? any help appreciated

that nextvison n5 thing is amazing... it allows you to connect tv video dvd anything possible to your monitor... that would be the ideal solution for me...sadly the site is rubbish, the uk one even more so, and i cant find the product in a store or even a price and its not on ebay either... any help????

or any there any similar products? i'm uk based btw

thanks guys sounds good ill go get a tv tuner sometime this week

i wouldnt count on just a tv tuner. especially a cheap one most tv tuners go in a pci slot and only offer the space for an antenna... for older consoles like a sega or nintendo is fine because they only use the same connector but ps2 use the scart, or those red white n yellow a/v leads.. unless we find a tuner which has them then it wont work.

Yeah, if you can get one of those ViewSonic products, you will really appreciate it. It is definately worth the price, hopefully you can find something similar over there or maybe you have an American friend who can help you out. Either way, something similar to the N series is what you will want and get the most out of.

man why would you wanna play your ps2 games on a small pc monitor as compared to a large tv monitor , infact im looking towards a soulution just the opposite of this .............how to play mah pc games & watch pc movies on mah tv???
