Tabbrowser Preferences vs Tabbrowser Extensions

Well i'm not sure what the difference is, and don't want to mess up firefox by installing both them both. Which one of these have you installed, and how has it worked out for you.

If you want a complete Tab browsing functions then I would suggest TBE(Tabbrowser Extension). The only downside of this extension is that it might slow down the Firefox if your computer isn't fast enough. I notice a slow down on my 700MHz PIII laptop, but it work just fine on 2.4GHz Celeron laptop.

If you want try to a more simple Tab browsing(much less functions) then there are several extension for it.... TBP(Tabbrowser Preference), I believe there are 2 version of TBP, a regular version and lite version.

Or you can try Single Window extension or Window-Q. Both are Tabs extension for Firefox as well.

BTW, Do not install 2 Tabs extension at the same time. You will need to decided which one you want. If you want to try others Tabs extension, you will need to uninstall the old one first before install a new extension.

I prefer Tab Browser Extensions myself. The creator updates it consistently.

On the site for TabBrowser Extensions is a link to a forum post that someone made about replacing *all* of TBE's features with a bunch of separate extensions... I like doing it all in one extension...
