Explorer.exe - Aplication Error

This comes up when i right cick on files not when i do it on floders.

OK, if you are having this problem please got to start/run and type in "msconfig" in the general tab select diagnostic startup and click apply then click ok after that select restart.

Now you computer should restart in semi safe mode after you have reached your desktop Please note that there should be no prossess running in please close any prossess that show up in the task bar.

Please go to Start/Controll Panel/Add and remove programs/~windows xp sp2 and select remove then select start/run and type in msconfig under the general tab select normal startup then select ok then select exit without resart now go back to the sp2 uninstallation window and wait until the finish tab appears click finish and let the computer resart.

ok when you are back at the desktop please disable and close your antivirus,firewalls (including the built in windows firewall),and all other programs running in the back ground (exit all of the program that show an icon in the task bar section next to the system clock). After you have done all of the directed open up internet expolorer go to tools /internet options delete cookies and temp files ok now delete you history and click ok.

In the Internet explorer window select the tools tab and click on windows update it will then redirect you to the windows update page now go ahead and start your update. it should just jump to the installation. after the installation is done. Select Restart.

After you resart try right clicking on something to see if the problem is resolved
