If you know what you're doing, you could just create a generic drag and drop menu in Reshacker. I would take the time to di it myself and write out instructions, since I know I could, but I'm busy getting ready for Ozzfest. :p

i have an untouched version of browselc.dll... it doesn't say anything about the favorites... i did what you said and still didn't work that's why i posted here... the only solutin for me is hitting ctrl+i or clicking the favorites icon to show the favorites window

I always did Ctrl+i myself. I'll try playing around with this on a Virtual PC sometime soon, I'll figure something out.

I've done this hack before and had the same problem. Although this was some time ago, I found that it would not read the favorites in the folder unless those favorites where itself inside a folder.

Basically it was,

-favorites folder

---bookmarks

----blahblah.html

I organized my favorites to whatever they where for, so games had it's own folder and so on.

You might, as a test, try to make a folder in your favorite folder and copy a html into it and try it out.

Since I use firefox I haven't hacked my browselc, only to get rid of the address text. Didn't really like how the setup you have worked, just bothered me for some reason.

Anyways give it a shot and see what happens and if it works now would be a good time to organize your favorite folder.

If it doesn't then I'll try to see if I can find some way to help.

i'm not sure what u mean but if it's putting my favorites (something.html) in a folder (some folder) under the favorites folder.... that should work... kindda like my pic... is that right?
