Shrinking Shirt

I got an XL shirt.. only one they had had to get it.

Anyway I havent washed it yet but once I had two of my white tshirts that were large shrink alot.

What is the best way to shrink this shirt its cotton.

For cotton, you can shrink it by washing it in hot water and drying on hot.

Depends on the quality, though. You should also know that this tends to ruin the material.

Yep. Remember that it all depends on the quality of the cotton as well. If it's dodgy Fruit.of.the.loom stuff, it'll shrink in no time at all.

Some shirts come preshrinked. So you might want to watch for that too.

I had a Tommy Hilfiger white shirt for christmas off my missus. It shrunk the first time i washed it and it got washed under the correct settings. I was aboout to take it back when my girlfriend admits it's a fake Hilfiger shirt she got from her mate lol.

Who says you need to shrink it? You could aways 'grow' in to it :D. I have done this many times before. But i think i cannot grow in to any more or i will burst!

Hand wash it, and let it sit on a hanger till it drys...
