That makes a lot of sense! I knew that these walls look so different from MS's usual macro/abstract/generic shots. Now we know why. :)

And Bill Gates owns Corbis, so they probably got them for cheap.

don't mean to resurrect this thread but i was wandering if anyone found any of the actual wallpapers or screensavers and such from the windows starter edition?

i'd read on microsoft.com where they had added mexico and was just wandering since there were so many country specific versions out or going to be released that someone might know.

there are the new ( mexico, brasil , peru , argentina etc etc ) ones listed ,

and u can easily transform the screens into wps

I might add comicly that after asking Microsoft for it, they pointed me towards their other wallpapers and screensavers :LOL: I guess they're not gonna leak it for us. I'd like to have the real things as well.
