This is DesktopX Sidebar, the only sidebar i found who allows Alphachannel transparentsy.

The skin is also by me. But its still beta and i dont know iff i will go on with it.

I tried converting this with dock2dock, and it didn't work. Perhaps someone is more knowledgeable about how dock2dock works and can make it work correctly? It produces a bg for Objectdock, but the background is very narrow and the ends are cut off. :(

To convert to ObjectDock the .ini should look like this:
