Checking who is transfering what

Where is the OSX equivalent of the windows management console? I need to check and see who is connected to my computer and what files they are sending/recieving.

Exactly what type of connections are you looking to monitor?

SMB/CIFS connections?

Any and all network traffic? etc....?
