Remove file toolbar from explorer

Hello, i'm customizing my winxp and i have a question, how i can remove the toolbar file from de explorer shell, like aero slate from longhorn?

I saw this picture and i thought remove my toolbar file but i cant find the way :(

and other question, are there a way to put the icons' toolbar ond the right and on the left, like the same picture??

The picture that i post is a winxp style or a longhorn beta style? I want to put my icons on the right like that

its an XP style, all you have to do it put seperators between the icons

And this "File and Folder Task" panel is and style too?? Is the neme of this style Aero 3.0 o Longhorn 5.0?? I found diferent style of this type but there arent like of the picture.

For the other question, i try to put separators between the icons, but it isnt look nice, 'cause my separator are grey :unsure:
