0 Ruciz
MGI videowave is really good, I don't know what the system requirements are for it, but its working great on my old 366 and is very straight forward and has extremely simple visual commands to use. Thats what I use now for editing, Has scene detection option, Text effects, lots of different transitions, etc, fully fledged proggy. For advanced editing use Adobe Premiere, supposed to be very good from what I have heard from a few friends. Hope I helped ya out a bit. 0 Ash
Adobe Premiere, tho I don't think it does MPEG, but you can get VirtualDUB for that I think. Funny thing, I just started Premiere in Dynamic Video and Audio class on saturday, and it looks perplexing at first, but its soo easy, just look for some tutorials. I will suggest working in A/B mode. I used an older version of MGI Videowave ( v3 I think ) that came with my old video capture card, but dont remember it being as good.
