The best Antivirus program for Windows 2000

I'm really about to install Windows 2000 Professional on my machine, but I also want to be ready with all the

needed software to secure my OS as well.

I'd like to discuss with you, which antivirus program is the best for Windows 2000 Pro?

NOD32 from Eset Software.

It has always detected 100% of In-The-Wild viruses, has practically no system performance hit (like Mcafee and espicially Symantec) and scan lightning fast.

I have been using it for a month or so (before I used Norton) and must say it beats the pants off all the others.

Likewise, you will hear opinions that favor all the others, but the facts do not lie - NOD32 is the best, it's just not known that well because it just started marketing in the USA in the last few years (they are in Europe).
