I've promised you I'll release real Jade when I get real Jade resources. Now it's time to fulfil our promises. Here's real Jade but not as real as Longhorn. I've tuned them up a bit for suitable themes in my opinions and sure this looks much better than Longhorn ones (Ones that MS hasn't tuned for alpha theme). If you really want accurate Jade, search for Joni_78's theme in Neowin.

looks good. only thing I dont like about most of the longhorn themse are the buttons, taskbar, and start menu button.

edit:

one more thing that annoys me, how the common tasks is on top instead of the side. I know thats sort of how it is in Longhorn but it just doesnt work in XP. its not usable at all.

I think it's one of the better LH styles, however I wish the gradients on the title buttons weren't as "aggressive" and there was at least a 5-10 pixel padding for the user name on the start menu. It's a bit too "slick" for my tastes. Anyway, this is just nitpicks for an overall pretty LH variation. Gotta love those menu highlights and buttons. :D Also avoiding a rather classic mistake with light styles where inactive title bar text is made hard to read.

Yea. CaptionButton sucks. I've tried many ways to improve it and keep its original looks but that's far I can do with it.

ehm...does it need some other program to work?

I downloaded it and started the installer. When it was done it was supposed to change to this thing but mine looks just like before(windowsXP normal blue ****).
