Any way to make it so window size can be adjusted from the top (of IE for example)?

I'm assuming it cannot be resized through the top is because the caption bar wasn't placed at top (in the .bmp). It is possible but I would have to change this and that to make it work. I'll get back to you if I do, do this.

I don't know how to do Winamp skins but I'm sure it isn't too hard. :p

It has nothing to do with that, you just have to update the resizing template (the black and white bitmap), so it matches the captionbar bitmap. If you do that right you can fix that easily.

Messing with the sizing margin, I still cannot get it right. When I size it, the top stretches, I tried messing with the other margins but that doesn't seem to work well.
