All you need is a web server that will host the HTTP protocol on a port, usually 80. Chech out my guide if you want a simple to use webserver with a lot of power.

If you think you can handle it, which I think you can't if you haven't ever heard of Apache. Sun's ONE Web Server 6.1 is the most powerful. It supports everything from PHP to JSP, to SSI and even cBASE.
