Great news, but it still isn't in HD or at least they still aren't broadcasting it in HD, which is seriously annoying.

The BBC needs to start broadcasting / releasing blu-rays, that are 1080p, as opposed to 1080i

Great episode, apart from the ending, should have shown more of the EMP after affects.

but they cant even be bothered to show it again on bbc3 durking the week incase you miss it on a monday, they prefer to show repets of gavin and stacy insted, thank god they stoped

Yep, cracking episode last night, Ruth is totally onto Lucas. The Chinese actor who was the triple agent played his role well, felt sorry for him as he gave himself up to the embassy at the end.

Anyone watch the final episode?

I thought Harry's life was coming to an end with the tense, gun-pointing stand-off between him and Lucas on the roof. But then Lucas exited and the way that was played out was silly, no shock value and I expected more from the likes of him. I was like "Is that it? :ermm:" when it happened and they didn't even show the aftermath! Just a cut to the next scene ....

With the PM giving Harry a heads-up about the investigation against his entire career at MI5 over the 'Albany' ****-up, I got the impression that he will be will be calling it quits when the next series arrives. I hope that's not the case and that he finally gets together with Ruth (after going through the kidnapping ordeal) :(

Some good scenes but overall, it felt a bit flat compared to the previous season finales. Kinda disappointed :/

Oh well .... One redeeming piece of good news is that the next series in 2011 will air in HD :D

I am very suprised about the lack of the traditional spooks series ending cliffhanger.

Yeah, there's a little bit with the investigation into Harry, but its no where near as tense as the endings usually are (where we usually don't know if someone lives or not).
