Drivers not loading at bootup

I'm not having any problems with my system but when checking a bootup log I noticed the following drivers are not loading:

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\lbrtfdc.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Sfloppy.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\i2omgmt.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Changer.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Cdaudio.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\PCIDump.SYS

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\rdbss.sys

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\mrxsmb.sys

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Serial.SYS

Did not load driver \??\C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Norton AntiVirus\SAVRTPEL.SYS

Only Serial.sys appears as having a problem in Device Manager. Should I be concerned about these drivers or should I just leave things alone, as everything seems to be fine? Maybe they're slowing things down a bit when I bootup?

All of them exist at those locations except for these ones:
