Disable change of system volume

Is there a way to disable the changing of the volume on my system? I want it so that no matter what, the voulme level is at a specific spot, and can't be changed unless I re-enable it.

Start > Run > gpedit.msc > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel

Then right-click Hide specified Control Panel applets and click Properties. Click Enable, then Show, then Add, then type mmsys.cpl, then OK.

You'll have to remove the speaker icon in the taskbar beforehand. This won't disable volume change but it will prevent the sound icon from showing in Control Panel. Then the only way to change the sound would be possibly through keyboard controls or typing mmsys.cpl in the run dialog box.

Thanks anyway, anyone got any programs that do this? I have controls on my keyboard my family screws with, and keeps messing up my music mixing system.
