Disable iframe scrolling

is it possible to disable scrolling of an iframe with the mouse wheel. I don't want to remove any scrollbars cause i want the frame to be scrollabe only with the scrollbars. It just gets really annoying when the user is scrolling my pages with the mouse wheal and when his mouse pointer falls in the iframed area, he starts scrolling the iframe instead of the whole page.

I had the exact same issue a while back -- kep losing my precious mouse-scroll to the evil IFrame windows.

I found the solution in good ol' CSS. See Homepage

The scrollable box on your site looks great. This is exactly what i want, but it seems to be a scrollable DIV (or something like that). I need to use iframes because i have to use a content from another location.

Frames are evil. I banish them using an html proxy filter.

If you must use off site content, try using includes or something. I'm pretty sure it can be done.
