Showing an image after extraction of RAR archive

I'm trying to show a copyright logo image in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer after extracting a RAR archive. What commands do I need to input for this to work? Right now if I just type in the file name alone (see attachement) the users registered program will open that file, but not all users have the Picture and Fax Viewer as their default viewer for JPG files.

If you limit it to picture and fax viewer, those without windows xp won't be able to run it.

Yeah that's what I was worried about. So should I just leave the file name in the command line and let the users default application open the image?

I really don't want the file to open up in Photoshop or other image editors and waste the users time.
