It's one I whipped up to match the VS, there's a couple included in the release which are similar (but weren't large enough for me):

The wallpaper does not seem to be included in the zip folder. Since I have run nothing but classic anymore, I do not have the theme dll patched anymore, and hence cannot apply the visual style. Since there are no .theme files, I can only assume that he has taken the wallpaper out of the zip :(
