The VS is BlackTigerMilk (Modded a lil' bit) You can find the original @ deviantart or I think it's on Neowin too. Do a search in the Completed VS Section.

It's Yzdock and the bg is LH Glass, find it right here on Neowin in the Customizing Xp section.
