Converting Real One to MPEG or AVI

What is the best way to Real One .RM to MPEG or AVI format. I have tried a program called Tinra but the AVI I get has does not show the video but you can hear the Audio fine. The reason is I would like to get some real one videos onto my Motorola E398 mobile which only excepts video in AVI format. I can convert MPEG to AVI using a prog like Video Stideo 8 but it does not convert .RM files. TIA :)

Like I said I did try Tinra but the AVI was black screen with the Audio perfect. What would have gone wrong? What progs in particular can to a better job? Hopefully one that does not require me register. TIA :)
