you may have luck finding some at www.808hi.com

don't have one of those modems so can't be sure

there was a link to some beta ones http://www.puretek.com.tw/html/download-english.htm just click the BETA link may not work depending on chipset modifications though

There're no XP driver at Conexant's website, however I suggest you give 2000's driver a shot..

I got one and it XP found my modem perfect. I didn't have no probs at all... I don't know what you did but i guess your version is a lil different from mine... XP installed the drivers called:

Generic 56K HCF Data Fax Modem

Try to load those drivers for yours

I installed the generic conexant hfc modem driver a while ago and my Dell XP sees it a a Dell data/fax modem even though when I perform diagnostics it comes up as a conexant hfc...go figure.

I was having troubles with my modem awhile back.The generic drivers worked fine for me
