firefox profiles

hi everyone... I have a problem. I had to switch to the "default" profile in firefox, b/c apparently my profile "was in use" (even though I have already closed the browser window). So, i'm currently on the default profile and would like to get back to my own profile. Any idea on how to do that?

try pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE, goto the processes tab and see if the firefox process is still running? sometimes this happens to me and i just end the firefox process (which for some reason remains on, even after i close the program) and it works :D
