so does anyone have a completed save with everything unlocked?

i've got a race off soon, I got a mate who sits there all day and night playing as he has no job, and has completed it, and he wants a race

basically were arguing who is the better racer, I race in real life he only races on the game, and i'm insisting that driving in reallife give you a better understanding of driving in general.

so if anyone has a completed save so i can setup a sweet ride to take him on with, that would be swell!

wallop is a good idea, but i don't see a use for it. its more of a "cool" that it is a "hey i'll have a use for this everyday" kind of thing.
