While I would say that I loved the first three movies (got all three on DVD), I think this is a bad idea. Those involved with the third film clearly said it was the end with the third one. In fact, the third one was even promoted as "the thrilling climax to the American Pie saga".

If this move is made, I do hope that they make it a direct-to-video release, because it would not do justice to any of the original 3 films, especially since no characters are coming back, and Stiffler's brother was such a minor character in the second and third films.

I heard about the possibility of this movie being made on IGN, but I didn't think it was serious. This is a very bad idea.

i agree. everyone else i know that watched wedding thought it was pretty good. had a little bit of everything while still retaining the humours ways american pie is known for.
