Samurize config

Anyone has Samurize weather config that does singapore's weather ? And also, is there one config that does starhub cable TV times ?

weather 2004 plugin should work.

It all depands which Weather are you using. If you are using the Weather 2004 Plug-in By torsius in your plugin folder you shoul have weather.ini file open that and in the Local ID put SNXX0006 this is the weather for for Singapore, SN and save it. then run your Samurize. Make sure you have Samurize and Samurize config not runing while you do this.

And if you want other Cities then this go to http://www.weather.com/common/drilldown/SN.html

and choose your City, and there in the Address bar look for that Cities Number like this

http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/local/SNXX0006 and use that number in your weather.ini

Thanks alot. Done it. But its kinda weird. It says its raining. But the icon shows a sun. Wonder why. Anyway, no TV guide for starhub ?

try reloading your config, deleting the temp files, or checking to make sure the path to the image is correct.

starhub? i doubt there's a script, but check samurize.com.

i check samurize.com. But it didn't return any results. I've done everything correct. The path. The temp files deleted. But its still weird. It says cloudy. But shows are cloud with thunder sign.

Sounds like you are either using a forecast meter or the now function instead of current condition icon....if you post more details we can get you taken care of...are you running one of the default configs Torsius included in the download?

I'm currently using Torsius weather plugin. I'm not using his default configs. But i'm using his icons.

Anyway, in the screenshot, you can see the big icon. Its using the IconForecast commad. As for the word Mostly cloudy, I'm using current condition command.

and the icon under tonight, i'm using iconnow command. So what went wrong ? If you need more details. Do tell me. Thanks for all ya help.

well it depends what you want. iconforecast means it will use the icon for the weather for tomorrow (or sometime in the future). you want to use the icon for the current moment (i guess?).

yeah. For the big icon, i want it to show the icon for current weather report.

well you're using the wrong command.

Anyway, in the screenshot, you can see the big icon. Its using the IconForecast commad.

why are you using the forecast command if you want it to display the current weather?

yeah.

iconforecast = icon for weather tomorrow, the next day, etc. sometime in the future, hence "forecast"

iconnow = icon for the weather right now

I've used iconnow command. It says mostly cloudy night. But shows a moon with clouds and thunder and rain. Doesn't tally.

did you have to enter values for the time/day (e.g. 0 = now, 1 = tonight, or something like that)? i'm checking weather.com and tonight's forecast is scattered t-storms, which looks like your icon.

also check the path to the images. maybe the png aren't named properly.

eh.. yeah. it looks the same as mine. But at weather.com, the top icon shows only clouds. and how come it says cloudy night. shouldn't it be storm or something ?

i think you configured it wrong. check to see that you put in the correct zip, path, commands, and values.

Sorry to ask but i did not get it, what are you trying to do. if you can explain, i can make you config according to your needs for the weather .

Ok. Err.. I'm trying to show the current condition icon as the big icon. on the right side shows the temperature and also the condition (eg, cloudy, rainy, sunny). At the lower part. It shows the date and the day. And under the respective date/day, it shows that particular day's icon. hope it helps.
