I never said I was opposed to DDOSing spammers. Actually its kind of humorous. A little thank you for the days when they used to flood my inbox. And spread crap software. If my bandwidth want so important to be I'd def hit this up.

I just worry about the legal implications. Everyone is effectiley participating in a DOS, which IIRC is a federal offense now. All it takes is one wrong URL, or even one legit spammer who turns the whole lot in, then everyone using it could face a court case.

The screensaver just sends a request to acces the site, lots of times.

Its like refreshing the site.

This is not a DOS. The purpose is visit the site a bunch of times so that the bandwidth bill of the spammer goes up considerably. The purpose is not to deny service at all.

It's trying to make being a spammer more expensive.
