Not quite sure, but I think it is the Fedora Cursors that Dazzla made a while back.

Alright, thirty pages of Wincustomize later, I've decided I'm not in the mood to even bother getting CursorXP to begin with.

With that in mind, tonight's prize goes to ChrilleBerg for giving me the heads up on a more attractive, non-CursorXP set! Thanks, man, I'm using Contrast myself now ;)
