i just downloaded the public beta version although i had the same d/l some week/s ago .... saw this while chatting ...

have installed both mess patch and some other patch/s still this dosent seem 2 go away ...

Yeah, got that aswell, i think you could edit the uifile, that might help.

There is a patch here,

Which takes away the add and stuff, but it doesnt take away the Text thingo, at the bottom of the chat widnow, i am stiull searching for one though.

I somehow managed to get rid of that 'ad bar' (that's what i call it ...) using the Mess.be patch.

But i had to reinstall (for some reason, forgot now) and had to re-patch it ...

And no matter how hard I tried ... i can't get rid of it anymore ...

I'm still wondering how I did it ... :wacko:

I certainly hope not...

I don't want to apply any patches really, but seeing as I have MSN premium (2gb email etc) Surely I shouldn't see ads on MSN?
