Motorola v551 Cingular AIM problem

Hi, i just go ta motorola v551 from cingular, and its pretty damn cool. it has AIM, which i will probably hardly ever use too. i was looking at teh settings and deleted the password for the cingular server or something. it was ther by defualy and i put my AIM name in by mistake. i think the username is like WAP.CINGULARGPRS.COM

but i cant figure out the password although i think its CINGULAR1

but i still cant figure out how to make it all caps. does anyone know how to make stuff all CAPS in the motorla V551?

probably have to hit somethign like the pound key for each letter.
